The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager to join the team at Gemini Balcatta.
Gemini Balcatta is a medium-sized and well-organized repair shop specializing in rapid/smaller repairs on drivable cars.
We have a steady stream of work for the team of 22, centrally located on Erindale Rd, an easy-to-reach location.
We pride ourselves on working together as a team to achieve the highest quality repairs for our customers.
Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
This permanent full-time role will provide you with opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.
Role ResponsibilitiesProduction Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure the site is operating profitably.
Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.Work Health and Safety (WHS): ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, following all WHS policies and procedures, and immediately reporting and actioning safety incidents/near misses.Does this sound like you?
