Based at our modern CBD offices, this position reports to the Principal HR Advisor and partners with operational leaders across the business.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an environment that values strategic thinking, collaboration, and innovation, with responsibilities including:Coaching, mentoring and training leadership in HR best practice and legislative requirementsSupporting efficient case management including complex investigations, performance management and discipline proceedingsWorking across diverse HR projects and improvement initiatives that reflect the evolving nature of our businessChampioning employee engagement through recognition programs and well-being initiativesAnalysing HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to promote trust and alignment with HR strategiesABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ideally within mining, construction, or maintenance services.
With a foundation in employment legislation and HR practices, you'll bring:Tertiary qualification in Human ResourcesExposure to recognition, rewards and benefits programs advantageousA true passion for teamwork and advanced interpersonal and written communication skillsExperience in HR across a large, remote workforce is advantageousCurrent knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other employment related legislationHigh attention to detailProactive work approach with the ability to prioritise and delegateIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful career at Linkforce.
