Job Description - IT Systems Administrator (INF00000067) Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join our IT department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its security, stability, and efficiency.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of IT systems.
The Role: Support our network and server infrastructure, optimizing stability, security, and efficiency.
This involves configuring routers, switches, firewalls, servers, VMware environments, and other network devices.Implement and maintain cyber security measures in line with company policy and process.Schedule and oversee planned outages such as patch and backup management.
Ensure end users are aware.Investigate and work with external providers to identify root causes and resolve unplanned outages.Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation – licensing, network diagrams, system configurations, SOPs.Recommend business improvements that improve user experience and ensure IT infrastructure supports Business / IT strategy.Monitor system performance.
