You will develop expertise in our large range of products and services by increasing and optimizing sales to our Commercial customers, along with actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities.Working collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings team, you will ensure that our commercial customers are provided with the very best Price, Range and Experience.
You will also develop expertise in our products and services being promoted to market and optimize sales to our Commercial customers, ensuring they receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions to suit their business needs.Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed budgeted sales, maximize profit and strengthen sales across the whole of build (share of wallet/product mix)Drive sales through the Bunnings network consisting of Stores, Trade Centres, Supply & Install offers as well as Frame & Truss plantsBuild strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new businessDevelop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activitiesWork collaboratively with our other members of the Bunnings network, including suppliers, to ensure our Commercial customers are provided with the very best Price, Range and ExperienceWho we're looking for:You are a knowledgeable and experienced sales professional who can confidently engage in supporting and converting new business opportunities ensuring that our commercial customers receive the most appropriate, value-added solutions that suit their business needs.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customersStrong commercial acumenCustomer focus and ability to build rapportTenacious, positive attitude and results drivenDemonstrate integrity, respect and teamwork in everything you doYou'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
