About the role COPE is seeking an Account Manager to join our Retail team based in Smithfield, NSW.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, increasing revenue and services, and developing and implementing contract management strategies.This role will suit a dynamic, highly motivated, and technically savvy individual.
Duties Oversee the effective transition of new accounts or streams into the account management portfolioActively develop and maintain strong working relationships with current and new customersImplement appropriate measures to resolve issues as well as provide solutionsBuild and develop effective working relationships with team members and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvements for our business and our customersSkills and experience 2+ years' experience in sales and/or account managementHigh level reporting and analytical skillsSelf-motivated, astute, and able to work independentlyManaging competing prioritiesDemonstrated track record within sales, managing existing portfolio and seeking share of wallet opportunitiesExperience within the Transport industry is highly desirableEfficient management of time with quality outcomesAll of our employees are entitled to: Annual salary reviewEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Discount family and staff accommodation rates (subject to availability)Bridgestone Business Associates ProgramFlare Discounts platformIf you believe you fit the requirements for this role, please submit your CV and Cover Letter by clicking the 'apply now' button below.
