The role: We currently have an opportunity for an exceptionally motivated hospitality leadership professional to join our team on a full-time basis at ACH Group's Residential Care Home Colton Court, located in McLaren Vale.
As the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily hotel services operations, ensuring great resident hospitality experiences while overseeing compliance and meeting financial goals across food, dining and housekeeping operations, resident experiences & consumer satisfaction.

What you'll do:
Management of catering, dining experience, cleaning and laundry Lead a team and drive a culture that genuinely puts hospitality at the heart of what they do Continually drive a team to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences Support a positive environment, challenge the status quo and inspire your team to do the same Continually seek improvements, identifying and addressing gaps Manage the hospitality budget for the home About You
The role demands a person with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people and stakeholders at all levels, along with:
Experience leading with emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring your team to ensure they have the soft skills to effectively run the hospitality operations Experience in the management of hotel, airline lounge or similar professional experience Skills to provide feedback on performance and lead succession planning processes for team members Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and implement transformative change within teams and organisations Proven customer engagement and complaint resolution approach Computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn multiple databases Excellent communication and customer service skills to deal with a wide range of customers A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement If you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you:
