Full time.Job Description: Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate's skills set, capability, and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.You will apply a specialist and leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of ADF Careers recruitment priorities, and ensuring candidate progress is expedited to the full extent possible.
Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Events and Delivery Team to identify opportunities to attract, source, and process candidates to maximise target achievement.
Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipeline is strong and meets the requirements for current and future recruiting targets.
Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication to ensure clarity and understanding of the message with all stakeholders.
Work across multiple platforms simultaneously, with accuracy and attention to detail.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
