About The Role We now have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us at Gatehouse. We are looking to appoint a new team member who is a high performer driven to succeed and grow, and wanting more from their career and shares our core values.
You will gain access to our high performance training and development programs and first class resourcing team which supports the consulting teams ongoing success. You will work alongside other high performing recruitment consultants in Victoria's leading recruitment firm, who are highly experienced business professionals, who will be your team mates and you will have a dedicated coach assigned to you to work with you to maximise your potential.
We will work alongside you to help you take your professional growth and development as a person and business professional to the next level.
About Gatehouse Gatehouse Legal Recruitment is the leading brand in Victoria for Legal Recruitment & Law Firm Sales. We have a superb reputation in the legal market, with the best Consultants in our team, and a premium client list of Top Australian and International Law Firms, ASX Listed Companies and appointments as preferred suppliers for Government departments.
What We Offer You This is a full-time opportunity;Excellent base salary package ($80,000 - $90,000 including super) plus generous commission structure with uncapped earning potential;Full autonomy to run your day and manage professional clients directly ranging from top Australian and International Law Firms, ASX Listed Companies and Government departments who use Gatehouse as their recruitment team of choice;Step into a busy portfolio of high quality, high value recruitment briefs from day 1 to support your success;Access to self-care days (in addition to your annual leave) that are fully paid;Regular coaching sessions to help you develop further both professionally and personally;Continuous training & development to allow you to be the best you can be;Work within a positive, supportive, collaborative and friendly team culture where you are encouraged to be yourself and work collaboratively to deliver an amazing candidate and client experience and deliver results;Be part of regular fun team activities.Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities You will:
Service existing candidates and employers.Source new candidates and employers.Develop and maintain ongoing relationships.Maintain the Company database/customer relationship management system (CRM) of all candidate and employer information.Source suitable candidates and brief them on new career opportunities offered by employers.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, arranging interviews, reference checking, offer, acceptance and beyond.Provide CV, interview and general career advice.Contribute to the self-development of other team members by sharing information, knowledge and resources.Continually evaluate your own performance and accept constructive feedback to achieve high performance.Ensure the team is kept abreast of candidate, employer and team issues.About You You must have:
At least 1-2 years experience working in a recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant;Proven track record of achieving targets and excelling in a fast-paced environment.ContactTo apply online, please apply using the form below.
