Job Title: Oracle ERP Specialist (Oracle Fusion & Financial Modules)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Specialist with expertise in Oracle Fusion and Financial Modules to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions to meet business needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical resources to ensure seamless integration and effective use of Oracle ERP systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Implementation & Support: Lead or participate in the design, implementation, and upgrade of Oracle Fusion applications, specifically within financial modules.
Configure Oracle ERP to align with business processes and requirements.
Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion Financials, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Financial Modules Expertise: Manage and optimize Oracle Financial Modules, including but not limited to: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Financial Consolidation and Reporting (FCR)
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations for financial analysis.
Process Optimization & Documentation: Analyze existing processes and recommend Oracle ERP solutions for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Document functional and technical specifications, configurations, and user manuals.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Liaise with Oracle Support or vendors to resolve issues and coordinate system upgrades and patches.
Training & User Support: Provide training sessions and user support to internal teams to ensure optimal use of Oracle ERP systems.
Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and best practices for ERP functionality.
Qualifications and ExperienceEssential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP systems, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion.
Extensive knowledge of Oracle Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, FCR).
Experience with ERP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Desirable Qualifications:
Oracle ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials Certified Implementation Specialist).
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Understanding of finance and accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle tools for reporting and data extraction.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
