Located just 7 minutes from Perth Domestic Airport, we offer complimentary airport shuttles to make travel a breeze.
Position Details: Role: Guest Service AgentType: Part-Time (Minimum 15 hours per week)Immediate Start AvailableOnsite Parking IncludedYour Daily Adventures: Customer Service Superstar: Delight our guests with your warm and welcoming demeanor.Airport Transfer Guru: Drive our shuttle van with confidence, ensuring smooth transfers for our guests.Check-In/Check-Out Champion: Manage guest arrivals and departures with ease.Reservation Wizard: Take and manage guest reservations, ensuring all needs are met.Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff while keeping our public areas clean and inviting.Flexible Shifts: This role offers a mix of shifts, including:
Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMAfternoon: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMEarly: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AMIf you're open to assisting with night audits, that's a plusWhat We're Looking For: A full driver's license with no restrictions and confidence to drive the hotel shuttlePrevious experience in a corporate hotel (4/5 star property) is a bonusFamiliarity with Opera and a passion for providing top-notch serviceAn energetic, can-do attitude that brightens our guests' dayFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWhat's in It for You?
