Located just 7 minutes from Perth Domestic Airport, we offer complimentary airport shuttles to make travel a breeze.
Position Details: Role: Guest Service Agent Type: Part-Time (Minimum 15 hours per week) Immediate Start Available Onsite Parking Included Your Daily Adventures: Customer Service Superstar: Delight our guests with your warm and welcoming demeanor. Airport Transfer Guru: Drive our shuttle van with confidence, ensuring smooth transfers for our guests. Check-In/Check-Out Champion: Manage guest arrivals and departures with ease. Reservation Wizard: Take and manage guest reservations, ensuring all needs are met. Safety First: Maintain a secure environment for both guests and staff while keeping our public areas clean and inviting. Flexible Shifts: This role offers a mix of shifts, including:
Morning: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Early: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM If you're open to assisting with night audits, that's a plus What We're Looking For: A full driver's license with no restrictions and confidence to drive the hotel shuttle Previous experience in a corporate hotel (4/5 star property) is a bonus Familiarity with Opera and a passion for providing top-notch service An energetic, can-do attitude that brightens our guests' day Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays What's in It for You?
