You will provide administrative and executive support to the Director First Nations Strategy and the broader team, acting as key liaison between the First Nations team and other departments to ensure effective implementation of projects and initiatives.The JobDevelop and maintain local management systems to improve information and reporting.Contribute to the analysis and development of policies and strategies that promote Indigenous employment and cultural safety.Support the team in organising and executing workshops and training sessions, prepare materials and visual presentations.Contribute to the development of culturally appropriate content and resources for internal use and external communication.About YouTo excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and contemporary issues.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with diverse stakeholders and communities.
Additionally, a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.This position offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the representation and celebration of Indigenous cultures within the media landscape.
