Hire And Certification Controller

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hire Contract and Certification Controller.
The successful candidate will be responsible for centralising all Australian & NZ hire contract management and certification documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely input into the system.
Additionally, they will play a key role in streamlining associated processes and implementing ongoing process efficiencies, while providing high-level support to all depots, internal, and external customers.
Responsibilities Centralise Australian & NZ hire contract management and certification documentationEnsure accuracy and timely input of data into the systemStreamline associated processes and implement ongoing process efficienciesProvide high-level support to all depots, internal, and external customersQualifications Proven experience in contract management and documentationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Australian & NZ hire regulations and certification requirements is preferredDay-to-Day Managing and organizing hire contracts and certification documentationInputting and maintaining accurate data in the systemIdentifying and implementing process improvementsProviding support to depots, internal, and external customers in relation to hire contracts and certification documentationWho are we At PERSOLKELLY, our passion is - and always has been - putting you first.
