Maintenance Team Member

The objective of the Fleming's Landscapes Maintenance department is to lead the way in showcasing our quality, dedication, commitment, and passion for urban landscapes.
This role ensures our projects are always presenting at their best.
The main duties and responsibilities for the Maintenance Crew Members will be undertaking general grounds maintenance for landscape projects with duties including but not limited to:
MulchingPlantingPruning/trimming treesSweepingWateringAny other maintenance duties as requiredSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of plants and weed identificationExperience in safe operation of a variety of petrol and hand gardening and maintenance toolsProactive and reliableKnowledge of Horticulture preferredHR Licence highly advantageousAbility to tow a water cartWhite Card essentialBENEFITS Full-time permanentJob securityGreat working environmentFamily owned and operatedThis role requires the successful candidate to be a self-starter and reflect our company values of 'Good, Honest, Decent people' as they will be responsible for the maintenance and presentations of the projects within their portfolio.
