About the role:We are seeking expressions of interest for a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team.
In this role you will carry out general household/commercial garden and lawn maintenance work for our clients across the Ipswich and Brisbane region, the site location for both teams is at our Sumner site.
Key Responsibilities:All aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.Provide support to the Team Leader to build positive team relationships that reflect the Aruma values.Provide support to our supported employees to develop new skills and achieve their employment goals.Complete tasks in alignment with instructions from Team Leaders.We love a positive, can-do attitudeAbout you:Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation.Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirementsSound communication and negotiation skillsSound organizational skills and ability to prioritize work of a small teamHold a valid driver's licenseMust be confident in towing a trailerHold a current Blue Card and NDIS WC OR be willing to obtainCandidates with a disability are encouraged to apply
