About Us Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
The Opportunity With strong growth in our service department, our Port Hedland branch has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Assistant to join our team.
In this position, you will play a crucial role assisting Fitters providing service and planned maintenance support on a range of Hitachi Construction and Mining equipment.
Working Monday to Friday you will:
Forklift operationAssist Tradesmen to repair earthmoving machines in line with procedures when requiredMaintain a high level of accuracy when carrying out final QA inspections and pack units when ready for dispatchAssist Service Supervisor with daily duties in the branchMaintain a clean and tidy working environmentAs a Trades Assistant, you will have a strong safety focus and abide by site safety processes at all times.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
