About You As an experienced Procurement Manager, you excel in collaboration and are committed to the development and growth of your team.
Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, coupled with your confident negotiation skills, has allowed you to create a successful network of partnerships.
About the Role You will be responsible for driving efficiency, innovation, and strategic management across the following areas:
Supply Chain Management: Implement appropriate units of measure to suit business needs.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet their requirements.Strategically allocate resources for maximum value.Supplier & Major Contractor Management: Conduct detailed performance and quality reviews.Ensure the highest standards are consistently maintained.Cost Control: Lead competitive tendering processes.Negotiate long-term pricing agreements to safeguard profitability.Risk Management: Develop robust backup supply strategies.Ensure suppliers comply with rigorous health and safety standards.Administer contracts for supply agreements effectively.Reporting & Monitoring: Analyse cost trends and forecast future changes.Conduct margin analysis to support informed business decisions.Our Ideal Candidate: Significant experience in procurement and supply chain management within the construction industry.Relevant qualifications in Trade, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.About Us Plantation Homes is a volume building company like no other and we mean it.
