Bapcor employs over 4,800 team members in more than 950 locations across Australia, New Zealand and Thailand.Position PurposeThe Pricing & Promotions Manager will be responsible for the delivery and execution of all management of Pricing and Promotions.
The role will support the management of pricing and promotional programs/events.
Additionally, they will conduct analysis of price files, along with core range changes and price management.Key Accountabilities:Health and Safety• Lead and role model a culture of zero harm through effective risk management and consultation with the team regarding all health and safety matters.• Ensure personal safety and the safety of others by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures and instructions.• Provide adequate training and induction processes to all team members on key safety principles.• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety in the workplace.Management of Pricing & Promotions• Management of price files and price changes.• Part number creation.• Build of promotional files in Pronto.• Manage and implement short-term and long-term pricing requirements.• Leverage data sources and research tools with high proficiency to capture and maximize critical thinking.• Develop and deliver plans, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve targets.• Ensure the Customer is at the center of pricing capability build.• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance business processes.• Extensive stakeholder engagement to build cross-functional alignment.• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.• Management of Min/Max of the assortment.Analysis• Analysis of price files, along with core range changes.• Create and support with required reports (For Merchandise team).• Monitor and analyze pricing trends in the market to support new pricing recommendations (With the CM's).• Monitor key pricing analytics and provide regular updates on implications (With the CM's).• Undertake ad-hoc data driven analysis.• Manage SKU data – Clearance/Core/Promo etc.Team Leadership• Be visible, values-based, and role modeling to the wider team.• Develop the wider team member skills, required now and in the future, to provide career opportunities and strengthen capability.• Role model the Bapcor Leadership Competencies and develop these in others.About You:Skill/Qualifications:• Proficiency in Pronto or equivalent.• Experience in Pricing/Promotions.• Demonstrated experience applying some analytics.Leadership Competencies:• Drives for Results.• Communicates Effectively.• Instils Trust.• Collaborates.• Develops Talent.• Future Focused.• Shows Courage.Functional skills and competencies:• Advanced analytical skills and business acumen.• A proven mix of strategic capability and operational execution.• Systems knowledge in Pronto or equivalent.• Organisational skill and ability to work on multiple tasks to deliver outcomes on time.• Strong time management skills.Behaviours and personal attributes:• Professionalism.• Honesty and integrity.• Problem-solving abilities.• A strong can-do attitude with a passion to deliver to the customer.• Dependable, reliable, and responsible.• Strong and confident communicator.If you're ready to make a significant impact within a thriving industry, we'd love to hear from youOnly applicants that have been shortlisted will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
