What You'll DoBe a hands-on, guest obsessed leader, motivating and driving your team to provide memorable guest experiencesDrive revenues by running killer shifts and going above and beyond for our guestsCreate WOW spaces where you and the team can take FUN to the next levelSupport and inspire an energetic team of hospitality superstarsAssist in managing Front of House & Back of House operations, including but not limited to rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labourContinue to build an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive cultureDevelop and upskill your team members and yourselfLearn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue... and we mean ALL aspectsWhat You've GotEnergy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of itA valid RSA and Working with Children CheckAn ability to work nights and weekends.
