You will be efficient, precise, and attentive.

On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:
Conduct Open Homes Process applications Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone Communicate with Tenants and Landlords Maintain & develop client relationships Offer professional advice to clients Ad hoc administration duties Signing up new business opportunities (lots of warm leads from the sales team)
The Candidate:
A current Certificate of Registration is essential Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills High communication both written & verbal The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great customer service skills Immaculate personal presentation Confidence & a can-do approach (attitude is EVERYTHING)
