Job Responsibilities:Being part of a small broker claims team, you will enjoy supporting a team member.Working toward company goals.As Manager, you will mentor, as well as allocate work.Working on an SME property claims portfolio within this highly successful broker, also covering domestic property, some marine, ISR, and liability.Working closely with clients, brokers, insurers, and assessors to ensure a seamless claims process.Dealing with any complaints and ensuring they are responded to within IDR timeframes and responses are thorough and fair.Supporting team members, providing training with more complex claims when needed.Assisting all stakeholders during the claim and educating them where required. What you will pride yourself on bringing to the role:Experience in SME broking claims property, liability, some PI and marine.Your dynamic, upbeat, and positive attitude, with experience of dealing with a variety of personalities and claims situations.The ability to act professionally in all situations and manage more challenging claims.A desire to help others, educating clients, and supporting team members and brokers.Your ability to influence outcomes in a positive manner.A desire to help clients/brokers, being their advocate during a challenging time.The ability to work autonomously as well as being an integral part of a team.
