If you possess the following qualities, we want to hear from you:People-Focused and Highly Organised: Prioritize member relationships and demonstrate strong organizational skills.Team Building Experience: Proven ability to contribute to a high performing team.Club Culture Advocate: Experience in creating and promoting a positive and exceptional fitness facility culture.HR and Safety Knowledge: Understanding or experience in basic human resource practices and a sound understanding of work health and safety requirements is desirable.Must-Have Qualifications:Fitness Certification: Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (Cert IV to conduct PT) or the ability to attain an equivalent qualification. No fitness qualification?
