Key responsibilities Expedite ordered goods to ensure they arrive within the agreed timeframe and escalate as required where deliveries are lateFacilitate the onboarding of suppliers ensuring all required checks are completedTrack supplier management efforts to support reporting of onboarding and administration activitiesMonitor the Coupa inbox as required and action correspondence in an efficient mannerComplete daily system checks and activities with attention to detailMaintain Supplier and User records as requested by relevant departments via approved channelsSupport the Supply Systems team to administer software under their purviewWork with stakeholders to resolve system queries and educate end users as requiredBuild relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, maintain a strong relationshipEnsure system issues are resolved professionally and efficientlyEscalate information regarding system functionality issues to management in a timely mannerParticipate in improvement projects under the direction of leadershipWhat is required Expediting or purchasing experience in a mining environmentSystems management and administrationPrevious experience with supplier onboarding and administrationExposure to the Coupa P2P system (preferred)About Mineral Resources MinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
