The primary systems we use are monday.com, Canva, SharePoint, and Zoom.You will coordinate the communication touchpoints for program participants, such as workshop logistics and attendance and pre and post-workshop requirements.You will co-ordinate and prepare the resources and printing for in-person workshops, including maintaining inventory. At times you may attend conferences or in-person events to support the facilitation team.You will communicate with clients, vendors, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth execution of events.You will support the coordination of the learning delivery calendar including the allocation of facilitators, workshop location, and logistics information.You will assist with the coordination of the delivery component related to marketing and professional development events (e.g., workshop previews, webinars, in-person client events, team activities).We're a purpose-driven team, constantly looking for ways to make the workplace more human through the power of learning.
