We are looking for passionate Reformer Pilates Instructors who would love the opportunity to change people's lives within a premium health club environment.
We are seeking vibrant Instructors to build our comprehensive offering seven days a week
ResponsibilitiesConduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classesAdhere to processes and teaching standards set by the ManagerEnsure class delivery is at a consistent 10 / 10 standardPromote an energetic & welcoming environment for membersBuild strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer serviceHelp maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of the studioAssist in capturing class content / testimonials for use on Social Media where requiredSkills and QualificationsMust have a Reformer CertificationMust have valid First Aid & CPR CertificationA passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advanced membersA proactive attitude with the ability to break down exercises and offer progressions & regressionsExceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness ProgramBe available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill-in classesInstruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environmentBenefitsFlexible work hoursOpportunities for future growth with the opportunity to teach other classes if qualifiedGreat team and fun cultureEmployee Assistance ProgramAccess to premium facility to trainPlease Note:Flexible hours and days are required for this roleProof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interviewWorking with Children / Vulnerable People ClearanceFor more information, visit www.nextgenclubs.com.au.
