As a Home Lending Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored lending solutions to meet the individual needs of our diverse customers.

With the complete backing of NAB's Executive Leadership Team, NAB lenders can access internal referrals, partner with branch colleagues, connect with the local community or attend industry events to build their own networks and brand.
What You'll Do: Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB's home loan possibilities.Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.What You Will Bring: Proven experience in home lending or demonstrated expertise as a banker seeking a new career or eager to embark on your lending journey.Strong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.The ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.Why Choose NAB?At NAB, we're more than just Australia's largest business bank – we're a community.
