Job description: Department of Health is seeking applicants for a permanent full-time Business Administrative Coordinator to join the Policy, Purchasing, Performance & Reform (PPPR) team, based at Elizabeth St, Hobart.
The Business Administrative Coordinator supports the operational requirements of PPPR through the provision of high-level executive support to the Deputy Secretary and other senior staff.
The role: Providing direct support to the Deputy Secretary and the PPPR, including high-level executive clerical, human resources, operational, financial resources, and secretarial support.Coordinating the preparation of complex and confidential documentation, undertaking research for Ministerial briefs and background notes regarding matters relating to PPPR.Development and maintenance of systems and protocols to ensure the efficient flow of information within, to, and from PPPR and the Office of the Secretary.Oversee and supervise the work of the other administrative support staff to ensure high-level administrative and business support services are provided and maintained.Providing high-level support and assistance in the day-to-day coordination of the physical, human, and financial resources within the Office of the Deputy Secretary.For more information, please contact: Andrew JohnsonPosition: Manager, Office of the Deputy SecretaryPhone: E-mail:
