As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be empowered to bring our merchandise to life, creating an in-store experience Like No Other. The successful candidate will be a dedicated people leader, expected to lead by example and coach the team on merchandising techniques and company standards.
You will inspire your team with your passion and experiential flair, leading them to bring our merchandise to life and create a magical shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities Work collaboratively with your team to bring the brand direction to life, whilst also delivering on our world-class standardsWork closely with the greater team to ensure we are the first destination for stylePlan and implement eye-catching displays in line with best practice visual merchandisingWork with your team as you understand and build individual capabilityRegularly walk the floor to spot opportunities to further develop our visual impactDevelop, plan and provide resources for promotional activity and special eventsManage the budget for the purchase of visual merchandising requirementsHave a natural flair for Visual Merchandising in a retail environmentAre creative and have a keen eye for detailLead by example and show personal resilienceAre a brand guru & results-focusedAre hands-on and thrive on teamwork and collaborationAre realistic, practical and solution-focusedAre adaptable and enjoy being active and working in a fast-paced ever-changing environmentQualifications Hold a Visual Merchandising Diploma/Certificate or similar qualificationWhy work for us?
