Could you be the Electrical Manufacturing Engineer on a Fixed Term 18-month contract in Dandenong we're looking for?
Your future role:This role is responsible for defining and validating the comprehensive manufacturing process along with creating industrial documentation for the project, establishing industrial master data, and determining the time required for the manufacturing method.
During the serial phase, the position will lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement changes to both the product and the manufacturing process.
Please note this role is a 18-month Fixed Term Opportunity.
We'll look to you for:Bring ideas to the Process Engineer or the PIM to guide product definition in order to improve the product manufacturability and achieve QCD targets.Estimate Method TimesParticipate to the product design reviews when requiredParticipate to validation of prototypes if requiredValidate product design and industrializationRequest tooling when needed and write tooling specificationsAll about you:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical preferableTechnical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancingExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-upWorking knowledge in Quality, EHS standards, and ErgonomicsFamiliar with IS common toolsGood communication and stakeholder engagement skillsYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
