Senior Project Manager A renowned and growing Tier 2 Head Contractor requires a motivated Senior Project Manager to join their senior team.

ACRWORLD is working with a national Tier 2 Head Contractor that requires an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team, focusing on delivering a wide portfolio of projects throughout Sydney.

You will be expected to hit the ground running, getting heavily involved in a work-winning capacity and managing a team of 10-12 staff to successfully deliver projects.
This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier contractor that rarely has openings in its senior team and can offer real career progression.

With a client list including many of the most recognisable brands in the world, they have a reputation for delivering challenging projects on time and to cost.
They are known to invest heavily in their staff, which has been a real driver in their success and recent project awards.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with architecture & design teams from concept to completion to ensure successful delivery of clients' original brief Produce procurement schedules and procure all materials in conjunction with the Site Manager Produce design programme in conjunction with the design department Ensure full compliance with the Health and Safety Plan Produce a quality plan and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project report Proven track record in project management within the Tier 1 and 2 construction space in NSW Minimum of 4 years Project Management experience Demonstrated tenure with a reputable Head Contractor 5+ years delivering high spec, high-value projects within Australia Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to multi-task Self-motivation and a desire to succeed Ability to work as part of a team Tertiary qualification in a relevant subject beneficial If you match the criteria, please apply now
