Outbound Solar Battery Sales Development RepresentativeAbout the roleCollins Group is seeking an Outbound Solar Battery Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Sydney, NSW working alongside our Client Think Renewable.
This is a casual role up to 6 days per week that will involve proactive outreach to potential customers to promote our innovative solar battery solutions.What you'll be doingInitiating and managing outbound sales calls to identify new sales opportunitiesGenerating new leads through our Field Based Lead Generation TeamsEducating potential customers on the benefits of our solar battery products and servicesQualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our solar battery specialistsProviding exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive sales experienceMonitoring and reporting on sales activity and pipelineCollaborating with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's successWhat we're looking for1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customersExcellent time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a high volume of outreach activitiesPassion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to the renewable energy transitionFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tracking toolsWhat we offerAt Collins Group, we are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
