Due to growth in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time receptionist/administration assistant to join our team at Hervey Bay Tax Solutions & Hervey Bay Plan Management.

Offering a full-time position at 38 hours per week, the successful candidate will be completing tasks for both businesses.
Tasks to be performed in this role are:
Liaising with clients in person and over the phone Responding to emails Onboarding new clients Preparing appointment documents for the accountant Scanning and filing Receiving payments from clients Diary management Verifying client identity Other general reception and administration duties We're seeking candidates that have the following attributes:
Strong written and verbal skills Attention to detail and be well organised Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn The ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving The ability to multi-task will be essential as the position requires jumping between tasks, interruptions with phone calls and urgent emails coming in, and the requirement to be working between two businesses at the same time Reliability, punctuality and the will to work full-time NDIS worker screening check (mandatory once successful in the position) The following would be highly regarded but not necessary for the right candidate:
Prior experience in a role with the NDIS or a registered NDIS provider or prior experience working in a tax accounting firm Experience in Reception/Administration or another client-facing office role is preferable but we will consider entry-level applicants for the position also Knowledge and a basic understanding of the NDIS price guide and support catalogue Certificate II or above in Business Administration Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete online employment testing before proceeding to the interview round.

Remuneration will be determined by the level of experience and qualifications held by the successful candidate.
