Sales Promotion Manager

Eightcap is an Australian online financial trading company that specializes in foreign exchange (Forex) and contract for difference (CFD) trading, offering over 1,000 tradable instruments to clients.
The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, and has offices in the UK, Cyprus, Guatemala, Philippines, Bahamas, and Bulgaria.
Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and is experiencing rapid growth.
Because of this, we are looking for a Full-time Bilingual Promotion Manager to join our China Desk team and advise on developing marketing plans to promote Eightcap's goods and services by actively engaging in and implementing marketing activities to drive growth to meet business sales objectives.
Responsibilities:Work with Eightcap China Desk Team members to develop and manage Forex and CFD marketing campaigns (such as seminars) to achieve specific KPIs.Conduct ongoing market research to better understand the selected target markets and market trends and advise on strategies and campaigns to reach the selected target market (including pricing and distribution channels).Identify opportunities for marketing and sales campaigns to promote Eightcap's products, specifically in forex and CFD.Develop and implement sales/marketing strategies and create and plan marketing material content for sales flyers, emails, and presentations to create awareness of Eightcap goods and services.Where required, provide recruitment, management, and training to grow the China Desk Sales Team and collaborate and coordinate with management and other business teams in various CFD and Forex marketing campaigns.Manage ongoing marketing activities on various social media platforms (WeChat, LinkedIn) to create traction among prospective clients.Review and analyze data from marketing campaigns and platforms (digital or otherwise) and recommend updates to marketing content, where and if required.Maintain and manage relationships with new and existing clients and internal and external stakeholders (including Finance and Engineering Teams).Regular reporting and analysis of the efficiency/effectiveness of the marketing activities undertaken.Generally, support business growth and development and contribute to the general smooth operation of the China Desk Team at Eightcap through the development and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, policies, and programs.Who are you?Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least 5 years of experience in a sales role or a role in the financial services industry.Fluent in Mandarin and English languages.Strong experience and understanding of financial markets, particularly in forex and derivatives trading, and financial trading.Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales in the financial services industry.Strong public speaking/presentation skills in both online and offline environments.Is currently, or can be RG146 compliant.Thrive in a target-driven environment and deliver consistently against KPIs.Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes.Open, positive personality with leadership skills.Values and respects diversity.Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from multi-cultural backgrounds and to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Why Eightcap?Competitive remuneration structure.Flexible commission structure.Ongoing investment in your career development (technical and professional training).Wellness and lifestyle perks like monthly corporate massages.Parental leave.Employee assistance program.Employee-purchased leave.Hybrid working.Staff referral bonus program.Study assistance.Perkbox reward and recognition.Annual flu vaccinations.Dogs in the office.Complimentary fruit & snacks.Great CBD location with easy access to public transport.Multicultural environment.Collaborative team culture.Regular social activities.How to ApplyIf you would like to be considered for this position, please read the role, essential experience, and job description carefully and use the provided link below, as our LinkedIn inbox is not routinely monitored.
