We have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Residential Sales Team in Victoria.
With Stockland's ongoing success and growth, we require a Sales Manager to continue to develop and maintain a high performance team to drive project(s) and regional portfolio results.
About the role Responsible for a regional portfolio, the Sales Manager is a key management role focused on meeting sales and settlement targets of development communities.
Splitting your time onsite and at our Melbourne Head Office, the role reports to the State Sales Manager and has three main components, those being:
Project Leadership and Strategic PlanningMarketing and Promotions ManagementYour key responsibilities include:
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales targets, pricing, sales strategies and timelines across trading and launch communitiesProvide thought leadership on strategic issues, and contribute to the integration of project disciplines (i.e.
development, marketing, design and customer service) in a manner that maximises project outcomesEnsure sales risks are mitigated through diversification and ongoing forecast management for each project based on pipeline, marketing offering and competitor activityAchieve sales and settlements volume targets in accordance with approved budgets per project(s), including agreed investor/owner/builder ratio of salesPosition sales activities, systems and processes to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellations of deposits per project(s)Drive discipline and consistency in processes and practices, regularly reviewing performance and customer experience to achieve sales, settlement and profit outcomesSet pricing and product release strategies to maximise sales potential and manage the team to deliverEffective ITB Management practices mitigate risk and support delivery of settlement outcomesBuild, nurture and retain a high performance and diverse sales team in accordance with Stockland Sales capability frameworkCreate a diverse, inclusive and supportive environment where people excelMaintain Stockland's leadership position and reputationEnsure positive engagement and solid relationships with key builder partners to achieve required State business outcomesCollaborate with regional, State and National teams to share information, knowledge and best practiceNetwork with key competitors to gain a broad understanding of the competitor offerings and developmentsAbout you Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent are highly desirable (however, not mandatory)Industry experience is necessary and knowledge of legislative requirements, processes, statutory and regulatory frameworks relating to all aspects of manufactured/residential homes will be highly regardedEffective management and experience with using CRM; Salesforce highly desirablePossess a high level of financial and commercial business acumenDemonstrated application of sales and marketing techniques and frameworksExtensive sales team management and coaching experience and the ability to manage and lead a high performance and outcomes orientated team of sales professionalsProven track record of achieving results through influencing, communication and relationship skillsThe Stockland Proposition We offer competitive remuneration and benefits.
