In addition to the single-sex campuses, Knox also operates Wahroonga Preparatory School, a co-educational campus for students Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6.A leading Uniting Church School, Knox aims to develop students of Faith, Wisdom, Integrity, Compassion and Courage within a caring Christian environment.ABOUT THE ROLEAt Knox Grammar School, our Experiential and Outdoor Education Programs form an integral component of the holistic education we provide our students, where students are encouraged to actively participate in a range of activities to build character, self-reliance, and a sense of responsibility.The Director of Experiential Learning will develop and oversee innovative local, national, and international Outdoor Education and Experiential programs across the Preparatory and Senior campuses of Knox.Key areas of responsibility include:Outdoor learning program design and managementRisk Assurance practices across our campus in Co-Curricular and Sports programmingThis is a great opportunity to join the vibrant community at Knox Grammar School with outstanding facilities and resources around you.ABOUT YOUTo succeed in this role, you will need substantial management level experience in Co-Curricular and Outdoor Education environments, with experience in the day-to-day operational leadership of teams, risk management and a proven ability to drive and foster change.We are also looking for:Ability to innovate and implement new ideas and approaches.Degree or equivalence in outdoor education or a related field.Demonstrated delivery of outdoor education programs in a dynamic and complex organisation.High level of competency in risk management and safety.Participate in a collaborative work environment open to sharing experience and knowledge.OUR OFFEROur staff across all campuses are key to providing exceptional experiences.
