In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, as well as designing and implementing initiatives to elevate the employee experience. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist to join our dedicated HR team.As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, while also ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This position requires a strong combination of recruitment expertise, people operations knowledge, and a passion for building high-performing teams.Requirements:Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for each position.Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Onboarding and Employee Engagement:Design and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.Act as a point of contact for new employees, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.Performance Management and Employee Development:Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and providing guidance on employee development opportunities.Identify training and development needs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.HR Operations and Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and people operations.Why Choose Freelancer?At Freelancer, we don't just value our employees - we celebrate them.
