About the role: We now have an opportunity for an outstanding HR Advisor to join our team based at our head office in Scoresby.
This permanent, full-time position reports directly to the General Manager – HR whilst working closely and learning from a broad range of stakeholders, both in our functional teams and broader site management teams.
Reporting to the GM - HR, this role will be responsible for coordinating and supporting organisational development (OD) projects and initiatives to ensure efficient and seamless delivery, high-quality materials, and accurate and timely data and reporting.
Contributing to the execution of the HR strategy, you will develop strong working relationships to ensure overall business improvement through effective communication, greater employee engagement, and legislative compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include: HR System Administration - Maintain the data accuracy in HRIS and other systems as required.
Act as a systems administrator and support the HR team and business with support on the use of the systems.Data Management and reporting to ensure accurate processing, storage and basic insights that support the team and business to make data-driven decision making.Monitor and maintain the HR dashboard ensuring the integrity and accurate dissemination of people data within the business.Intranet page (The Frame) oversight for the HR team content and administration ensuring our pages are simple, clear and accurate for the HR team and the end users.Inclusion & Diversity support, including assisting with reporting, vendor management, communication and delivery of initiatives.Workplace relations support including Enterprise Agreement negotiation documentation, communications, record keeping and reporting.Coordinate and administer internal communications across the business.Qualifications and Qualities that you will bring to Timberlink: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent2+ years' experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator roleTimberlink is an equal opportunity employer, we encourage all applicants with the RIGHT TO WORK in Australia to apply.
