This role offers true hybrid flexible working and the opportunity to partner with managers in all aspects of employee relations.Your main job duties will be as follows:Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion including complex ER casesCovering all aspects of ER from sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews and long-term absenceProviding clear advice to line managers and coaching through any investigationsAttending hearings where necessaryAssisting with any restructure / redundancy / TUPE cases that ariseThis is a full-time position with the flexibility to work on-site 1-2 days a week and is initially a 12-month fixed term contract.As an ER specialist, you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high volume, fast-paced environment with an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law.
