They're looking for an HR Advisor who is passionate about employee well-being, skilled in conflict resolution, and eager to contribute to their company's growth through strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Employee Guidance & Support: Provide support to employees on HR policies, workplace concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution, acting as a mediator when needed.Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, from conducting interviews to managing job offers and onboarding new hires smoothly.Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with company values.Performance Management: Support performance review processes, coach managers and employees on productivity improvements, and address performance issues.Compliance & Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain up-to-date, confidential employee records.Employee Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support initiatives for employee growth aligned with company goals.Engagement & Retention Initiatives: Plan and promote programs to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention, such as wellness programs and recognition events.HR Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze HR metrics like turnover rates and employee satisfaction, providing insights and reports for senior management.Management Counseling: Offer guidance to managers on best practices for team management, improving dynamics, and fostering a positive work environment.Workplace Safety: Ensure workplace safety policies are in place, provide guidance on occupational health issues, and support safe work practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of HR advisory experience or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven HR decision-making.What We Offer:Competitive salary packageProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive team culture focused on growth and collaborationHow to Apply: If you're passionate about people management and are ready to contribute to a positive workplace culture, please send your resume and cover letter to ****** of role requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, AfternoonTuesday: Morning, AfternoonWednesday: Morning, AfternoonThursday: Morning, AfternoonFriday: Morning, Afternoon2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWork visa can be provided for this roleExpected start date for role: 01 February 2025#J-18808-Ljbffr
