At The Procare Group, we are seeking passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultants to join our expanding Northern Territory team based in Darwin
The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:
Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illnessConduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfoliosSupport people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledgeInteract and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.About You: Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Registered Nurse, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker or Psychologist (with relevant accreditation)Desire to work in Occupational RehabilitationCurrent Police Clearance and Working with Children CheckExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilitiesHonesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approachGenuine commitment to continuous improvement.What We Offer: Excellent remuneration package and generous uncapped consultant incentive bonusSign On BonusWelcome pack on commencement and the latest equipment including laptop and mobileRelocation assistance providedNovated lease, purchased leave and salary sacrificing optionsBenefits to enhance your work-life balance like paid parental leave, access to our Employee Assistance Program, hybrid working arrangements, national secondment opportunities, and moreWhy Procare?
