Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeElecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Administrator, Cost Control with construction experience to join the team.This role will be based at our office in Sydney 5 days per week.Duties and responsibilities:You will assist the team by coordinating meetings and presentations, preparing reports, and assisting with the monitoring, controlling, and reporting of project cost, and progress information with a focus on cost forecasting.Assist the Senior Cost Controllers to cost & progress manage assigned scope packages, target controls; Budget allocation and management, change control & analysis, cost control and monitoring of commitments & actuals, EV progress measurement and monitoring, quantity and manhour analysis, trending analysis and reporting and forecasting techniques and methodology.Qualifications and Experience required for this role include:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in Project Execution environment preferred.Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure or Construction industries preferred.Advanced competencies in MS Excel and Power Point.We're building a diverse workforce.Elecnor Australia is committed to being an employer of choice.
