Reporting to our experienced Service Manager, you'll take pride in installing commercial and residential air conditioning systems with exceptional quality and care. We'll provide you with all the tools and support you need to thrive.
Your day-to-day will include:
Delivering Excellence: Installing air conditioning systems to the highest standards while adhering to all safety regulations.Customer-Focused Service: Providing friendly, professional support and resolving any concerns on-site.Staying Organized: Keeping detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.What do you need?
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Experience That Counts: Min. 3–5 years of hands-on experience installing residential and commercial systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Temperzone, etc.).The Right Qualifications: Qualified air conditioning installer and must be registered with the VBA.Safety First: A White Card (Construction Induction) and any other relevant safety certifications.A Keen Eye for Detail: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.People Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities—you're the face of the business on-site.Team Player Mentality: You're just as comfortable working independently as you are contributing to a team.We're looking for someone who's passionate about air conditioning installation and loves the idea of working in a no-drama, no-stress environment.
