If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria (AU-VIC), Australia.Role Responsibilities:Acts as a primary POC for a site for clientBe a contributing member of the EUC Team providing support to End Users in a Client Environment.Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on SLAs, CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same.Work on Day to Day Incident Resolution & Request Fulfilment aligned to ITIL FrameworkInvolved with IMAC-D ( Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission / Disposal) for Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Printers and other IT Equipment and Peripherals as needed, between desks, floors or buildings as required. This will be physical movement of assets as well as on Database in the system.Learn new and emerging technologies as needed, guided by business requirementsRequirements and Preferences:1+ year of experience in Computer Software and hardware troubleshooting, Windows operating system as Field Tech (Desktop or Deskside Support).Good understanding of ITIL Framework is a mustExperience in using ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy etcAbility to physically perform general office requirementsMust be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodationsTravel including overnight domestic trips will be requiredAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
