We're looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.What we're looking forExperience in developing systems to handle large data sets . Data enthusiast.Strong database and SQL knowledge and understanding of Database Design PrinciplesStrong programming skills in .NET C# and or PythonExperience in Object Oriented Programming and understanding of Software Design Principles and Architecture patternsUnderstanding of data structures and algorithmsGood interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with traders, quantitative analysts and other software developersAbility to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced, team based environmentAdvantageous skills and experience:Experience with delegating work to othersExperience with managing work / running sprintsExperience or interest in financial instruments (i.e. equities, futures, options) and marketsExposure or interest to trading environmentsFamiliarity with market data vendors such as Bloomberg and Reutersperformance and identify solutions for improvementEqual Opportunity StatementWe encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds, and we welcome requests for reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process to ensure that you can best demonstrate your abilities.Susquehanna does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or search firms.
