The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles.Skills:- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to lead a team effectively- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices- Strong problem-solving skills- Attention to detailResponsibilities:- Develop project program, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as needed- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required;Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction project managementProfessional accreditations helpful but not required
