Our Outside School Hours Care service, Caversham OSHClub, is looking for a passionate Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 32.75 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 3:00pm - 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
Plus an additional 5 admin hours per week.
You can pick up block shifts during the school holidays too
About the roleLeading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state-specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are intoFoster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.Who are we looking for?We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids.Strong and clear communication.Team player with a desire to become a service leader.Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it)
