Entry Level Operations Supervisor – Modular Construction ATCO Structures & Logistics Pty Ltd. has been operating in Australia since 1961 and has a long history of providing quality modular building solutions throughout Australia.

Headquartered in Brisbane and with offices and manufacturing facilities strategically located throughout Australia, we're well positioned to meet any challenge, delivering modular products to diverse clients across a range of industries.

Your future with ATCO Structures & Logistics
Based at our Queensland Head Office and reporting to the Queensland Manager of Permanent Modular Construction, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of delivery, site installation, and building preparation for our permanent modular construction projects.

What You Will Do
Assist in the preparation of estimates for minor yard and site works The organisation of trades, subcontractors, clients and materials Inspecting and verifying all works are completed prior to client handover Handling joint inspections with customer and handover Project cost control Managing multiple projects and customers troubleshooting issues as required while fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Meeting ATCO Quality and WH&S standards Support and assist the administration team when required This role would suit a recent graduate from university or tertiary education who wants to put their newly learned skills to good use or a qualified trades person looking to get off the tools.

Experience in a similar role Outcome driven, high performing attitude Clear oral and written communication skills Ability to lead, supervise, motivate and work within a team Confidence in a client facing role and ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, supported by strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Valid driver's licence & White Card Joining Team ATCO
