The role will provide financial accounting services to various Managed Investment fund and Property fund clients in a timely and efficient manner.Job specification Management of key client accounts and relationshipsMaintenance of the general ledger for Managed Investment funds / Property funds and reconcile back to the source of truth on a timely basisPrepare month end accounting reports - trial balance, profit/loss, balance sheet and client specific reports as required by clientsCalculation of periodic taxable income distributions for Managed Investment funds / Property fundsPreparation of BAS returns and assist with tax returnsCreate annual and semi-annual financial statements for Managed Inv.
