About Us Optimum Health Solutions is Australia's leading preventative Allied Health service providing holistic multidisciplinary care to children and adults. Our services are provided within our 13 state of the art, fully equipped facilities across NSW and TAS and within the community.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists and behavioural support practitioners.
About the Role With a strong NDIS and disability focus, this will be a challenging and rewarding role for the right person, with lots of scope for development and diverse application of your professional skills and experience. This role provides a vast variety of client conditions and client streams and can include adult or paediatric clients depending on your preference. We will work with you to tailor a caseload that best suits your clinical and career development and areas of interest.
About the Duties Assessment and diagnosis of communication disordersDesign, trial and implementation of low and high tech communication devicesDevelop, implement, monitor and review treatment plansAssessment and management of swallowing difficultiesCoordinating with other allied health professionals and GPsProvide education to clients, families, the community and other practitioners/staffWhat's On Offer Boasting some of the best facilities in the industry, with motor development rooms, sensory rooms, full rehabilitation gyms, hydrotherapy pools, rock climbing walls, sensory swings and purpose-built paediatric spaces for those interested in Paediatric caseload, Optimum Health Solutions has everything you need to be successful in your role as a Speech Pathologist.

Weekly & fortnightly internal Speech Pathology networking and professional development sessions within both speech and multidisciplinary teamsOngoing supervision and mentoring tailored to the needs of each individual clinicianQuarterly full day internal workshopsIndividual Professional Development fundA fun, successful team of Speech Pathologists to collaborate with, learn from and be supported byTraining & Development: Our industry leading internal Clinical Development and Mentorship Program ensures all our Speech Pathologists are fully supported through weekly, fortnightly and quarterly professional development, training & mentorship sessions, meaning you have the opportunity to develop your clinical skill set and tailor your training and caseload to meet your areas of interest.
