This position offers a graded start, with hours gradually increasing to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Pay : Competitive contractor rates ($100 / hr for clinical work)

I am looking for a passionate and skilled speech pathologist to join Network Speech Pathology on a contract basis.
Your caseload will have an incredible range, including stroke, progressive neurological conditions, traumatic brain injury, voice, dysphagia, assistive technology, literacy, and neurodiversity affirming practice.
About You : You are eager to thrive in a role that values work life balance.You're passionate about an adolescent and adult caseload.You value opportunities that assist regional and remote Australian communities to access Speech Pathology.You are a skilled communicator and enjoy forming clinical relationships with other providers (such as hospital speech pathologists, allied health staff, support workers, NDIS staff, etc.
).You have experience in (or you're really keen to practice) telehealth.You have flexibility in clinical practice and confidence in clinical decision-making.You're tech-savvy & pick up new software quickly with a bit of training.You have a home office set up that includes the basics like reliable internet, laptop, phone, desk, and comfy chair.You are ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families.Why Join Network Speech Pathology? We can form a caseload that suits your interests.A supportive and collaborative work environment, with weekly supervision, regular case conferences, and virtual meetups so that you always feel connected with the team.You will also be given the opportunity to be involved in different clinical & non-clinical projects to keep your days varied.
This could include writing blog posts or creating clinical resources.
Your work is always valuedRequirements : A Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech PathologyA member of SPA with Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) statusCurrent professional indemnity insurance, working with children check, and criminal history checkWilling to obtain a NDIS Worker screening clearance (if required)Your own Australian Business Number (ABN) and Medicare provider numberHow to Apply : If you are a dedicated Speech Pathologist who is passionate about providing evidenced-based services to adolescents and adults Australia-wide, I would love to hear from you.
